Simona is a freelance marketing strategist based in Boston with nearly 20 years of proven experience driving growth specializing in brand strategy, integrated and digital marketing, campaigns and content, and client management. Given today’s highly competitive market, developing a strong brand matched with highly targeted performance marketing is absolutely necessary for making meaningful connections with consumers.
Background
Simona has held multiple roles within advertising agencies in NYC and Boston including FCB, Kraftworks, and Select World as the VP of Client Services, Managing Director, Head of Strategy, Head of Digital, and New Business Advisor. This includes leading cross-functional teams for large Fortune 500 clients such as P&G, relaunching global brands and developing campaigns for portfolio companies such as Coty, Shiseido, HBI, GIII, and Amway to name a few, building a digital department within a traditional agency, winning multiple new business pitches, and more.
Most recently Simona started to work with brands in-house as the Head of Marketing and as a Consultant to develop overall marketing and GTM plans, including activation and digital strategies, for multiple startups as well as for more established brands.
A C-level advisor, her varied background and the ability to wear many hats give her a passion for the startup world but also to work with any brand or company looking to do something new.
