St. John was looking to refresh its heritage image and attract younger, newer consumers: Millennials. As the Director of Client Services and Head of Digital at its Creative Agency led the team in developing the brand’s social media, content, and digital marketing activation strategy.

Leveraging the key insight that young professional women would purchase investment pieces, from jackets to gowns, once they had the right inspiration to do so, drove double-digit sales growth via paid social media ads (with an 8 to 1 ROAS), 33% increase in site traffic, 80% lift in social followers, 95% lift in engagement, and improved brand sentiment with their target audience.

Additionally, won the 2017 Webby Award Honoree in the Social Fashion and Beauty category and was nominated for a 2017 Glossy for the Best Brand Agency Collaboration.
