Led the team in the development of the brand strategy, digital-first marketing plan, activation strategies, sales materials, content, identifying strategic partners, reporting, and optimizations to drive brand growth quickly.
As a result, significantly increased sales online (+75%) and through expanded distribution to US retailers such as QVC and subscription boxes, while also cutting spending. The new brand image and fine-tuned assortment led to increased PR coverage with placements in Vogue, InStyle, Marie Claire, The Zoe Report, and more. Additionally, grew the email database and social following through co-branded partnerships, events, and influencer activations to allow for more robust owned channel marketing efforts.
